Terms of Use

1. Who we are

AVS AI Studio (“AVS”, “we”) is a service of Abhivyakti Visual Solutions, a sole proprietorship of Shiv Kumar, Gohana, Haryana, India. By using avsaistudio.in you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older, or use AVS with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
• Give correct details and keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• One person per account. Studio plans include extra seats for your team.

3. Credits and payments

• Prices are in Indian rupees. We are not registered under GST, so no GST is added. One credit is worth ₹1 of creation.
• You see the credit cost before every creation. If a creation fails for a technical reason, its credits are returned automatically.
• Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. They cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, except as described in the Refund Policy.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner. We never see or store your card or UPI details.

4. What you can make

Create freely — but not these. You may not use AVS to make, upload or share:

• Anything illegal in India, or anything that helps someone break the law.
• Sexual content involving minors. We have zero tolerance, and we report it to the authorities.
• Sexual or intimate images of a real person without their consent.
• Content that impersonates a real person, or shows them doing or saying something they did not, without their clear permission.
• Hate, harassment, threats or content that encourages violence or self-harm.
• False or misleading content meant to deceive people, including about elections or public health.
• Material that copies someone else's work, brand or trademark without the right to use it.
• Spam, malware, or attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, and we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

5. Your uploads and your creations

• Uploads. You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything you upload — including photos of people and videos used for Motion. You give us a limited licence to store and process uploads only to provide AVS to you.
• Creations. As between you and us, what you create is yours to use. On paid plans that includes business use. Some model providers have their own conditions, which we pass on where they apply.
• Keep your own copy. Every creation is saved to your device as soon as it is ready. We keep a copy for 24 hours only, so you can download it again; after that it is deleted for good. We are not responsible for creations you did not save within those 24 hours.
• AI can be wrong. Creations can contain mistakes or unexpected results, and similar prompts can give similar results to other people. Check your creation before you rely on it or publish it.

6. Complaints and takedowns

If something on AVS infringes your rights or breaks these rules, write to our Grievance Officer (details on the About page). We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.

7. The service

We work hard to keep AVS running and your work safe, but the service is provided “as is”. Models and features can change as better ones arrive. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the studio before the change takes effect.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Sonipat, Haryana have jurisdiction.
