Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and the choices you have — written to follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. What we collect

Account: your email address and, if you add it, your name.
Payments: the amount, date and a payment reference. Card and UPI details stay with our payment partner.
Your work: prompts, uploads, characters and creations.
Basic usage: device and browser type, pages used, and technical logs that keep the service secure.
Cookies: only the ones needed to keep you signed in and remember settings such as the theme. No advertising trackers.
Visitor counts: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page visits without cookies and without following you across other sites.

2. Why we use it

To run AVS: create what you ask for and keep a copy for 24 hours so you can download it.
To take payments and keep your credit balance correct.
To keep AVS safe: stop abuse and follow the law.
To answer your messages and tell you about important changes.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your uploads or creations to train AI models.

A few trusted partners process data for us, only as far as needed:

Cloud hosting and security (for example Cloudflare).
AI model providers, who receive your prompt and uploads to create the result. Where a provider offers it, we use settings that do not allow them to train on your data.
Our payment partner, for payments and refunds.
Email delivery, for account messages.

Some partners may process data outside India. When they do, we choose partners that protect it to the standard Indian law requires.

4. How long we keep it

Your account: until you close it.
Your creations and uploads: 24 hours, then deleted automatically.
Payment records: as long as tax law requires.
Security logs: up to 180 days, unless the law requires longer.

5. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you. You can delete creations and characters yourself at any time in the studio. Children under 18 may use AVS only with a parent's or guardian's consent.
