Refund Policy
Simple and fair: you pay only for creations that work.
Credits for failed creations
If a creation fails for a technical reason, its credits come back to your balance automatically — you don't need to ask.
Unused credit packs
If you have not used any credits from a purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of buying it. Once credits from a purchase have been used, that purchase cannot be refunded, but the remaining credits stay valid for 12 months.
Charged twice, or charged wrongly?
If a payment is duplicated or a mistake was made, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.
How to ask
Email hello@avsaistudio.in from your account email with the payment reference. We reply within 2 working days.
When the money arrives
Approved refunds are sent within 7 working days. Your bank or UPI app may take a few more days to show it.
